Why participate in the Challenge Oficinas Competition?

 

The Oficinas Challenge is a competition that will allow each workshop that participates to become aware of what it is worth in terms of human resources and as an organization. Basically, it consists of a self-evaluation process, at the same time as a playful competition.

Competition Final

The “Challenge Oficinas” Competition is a dynamic workshop game, in which the operation of a workshop is simulated through different participatory panels, with the team that accumulates the most points throughout the game being the winner.

 

1 - The “Challenge Oficinas” is a technical and management competition organized in Portugal by Jornal das Oficinas in partnership with T Academy.

 

2 - The “Challenge Oficinas” is made up of a jury made up of members from T Academy. The evaluation of competing workshops is objective and will be based on the performance of the exercises and the time spent executing them.

 

3 - The “Challenge Oficinas” takes place according to the calendar presented. The organization reserves the right to change the scheduled dates for decisions, if circumstances of force majeure so require. Any change to the calendar will be communicated to all team leaders electronically and to the addresses indicated by them when registering.

 

4 - In the competition, all registered teams are identified by names assigned by the workshops themselves.

 

5 - To participate in the “Challenge Oficinas”, workshops must form a team, complete a registration form and respond to the questionnaire that is available online from 1 February to 30 April 2025.

 

6 - Each “Challenge Oficinas” team will consist of three members.

 

7 - Prizes will be offered to all teams present in the Final.

 

8 - Upon registration, each team declares that they are aware of the content of this regulation, expressly recognizing that all decisions relating to the interpretation and application of this regulation are the exclusive responsibility of the Jury.

 

9 - The “Challenge Oficinas” is made up of 3 PHASES:

 

 

1st PHASE – SELF-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

Taking place between February 1st and 22th March 2025

 

This year the competition is dedicated to network workshops, so only entries from workshops that are members of networks present in the national market will be accepted.

 

Workshops that wish to participate in the “Challenge Oficinas” competition must complete the self-evaluation questionnaire, which is sent by email after confirming registration.

 

In the first phase, the best workshops in each network will be identified.

2ND PHASE – ONLINE CHALLENGE

 

Taking place between 22th March and 6th May 2025

 

The workshops from each network that achieved the best score in the "self-evaluation" questionnaire of the 1st phase will receive access to the "online challenge" of the 2nd phase. The answers to this challenge will qualify 1 team from each network for the final of the competition.

 

A maximum of 10 teams will qualify for the final of the competition (one from each network).

 

 

3rd PHASE – FINAL OF THE COMPETITION

 

Taking place on May 2025

 

In the Final of the “Challenge Oficinas” Competition, at the Pro4Matic Car Service facilities, the finalist teams will compete in a dynamic Workshop Game (inter-network) in which the operation of a workshop is simulated through different participatory panels, with the team that wins. accumulate more points throughout the game.
